By accessing or using MPWH.ca (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MPWH Canada Inc. ("MPWH Canada," "we," "us," or "our").
The Service is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify age and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement. The Service is available to residents of Canada and internationally, subject to applicable local laws.

MPWH Canada is a stigma-free, inclusive community. You agree that you will not:
Violations of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.
You retain ownership of content you post on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant MPWH Canada a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.
MPWH Canada offers optional paid premium memberships. All fees are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel at any time through Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your province. In the event of billing disputes, please contact billing@mpwh.ca within 30 days of the charge in question.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.
The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other content (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of MPWH Canada or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MPWH CANADA DOES NOT CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS ON MEMBERS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY MEMBER PROFILE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, MPWH CANADA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law) shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered members by email. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
